Our stay at this hotel started off a bit rocky with our luggage getting lost, but the staff went above and beyond to help us recover it. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Tokyo, and the room size was decent considering typical Tokyo standards. However, we did encounter some challenges with internet connectivity, and the bed was quite firm, which might not please everyone.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel during my trip to Tokyo. Its location in the heart of Ginza is unbeatable, with easy access to major subway lines and endless shopping options nearby.
