Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at this hotel started off a bit rocky with our luggage getting lost, but the staff went above and beyond to help us recover it. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Tokyo, and the room size was decent considering typical Tokyo standards. However, we did encounter some challenges with internet connectivity, and the bed was quite firm, which might not please everyone.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel during my trip to Tokyo. Its location in the heart of Ginza is unbeatable, with easy access to major subway lines and endless shopping options nearby. Though the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, they are clean and functional. The service was decent, and while there were no dining options in the hotel, plenty of nearby cafes and convenience stores made up for it. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience and comfort at a good price.
This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a budget-friendly base in Tokyo. It’s conveniently located near Shimbashi station, making transport around the city easy. The rooms are clean and daily serviced, although a bit small by Western standards. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms could be a downside for some. Overall, it offers good value for money considering Tokyo's high prices.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Tokyo with plenty of shopping nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we faced difficulties with our luggage. On the downside, the room was quite warm due to the air conditioning being off, and outside noise was an issue that impacted our sleep. Overall, I would recommend it if you're looking for a convenient base in Tokyo, but be prepared for a few annoyances.
The hotel is well-placed in the vibrant Ginza area of Tokyo, just a short stroll from Shimbashi Station and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. The rooms are decently sized for Tokyo, offering enough space, though they might feel a bit outdated. I appreciated the daily cleaning service and the polite staff, although I found the Wi-Fi only available through a connector to be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's a great value for the location and comfort offered.
